Our union election to join 1199 will be conducted by mail. The ballots will be mailed by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) Region 29 office on Tuesday May 6. The ballots must be received by the NLRB Region 29 Office by Tuesday May 27. If you haven’t received your ballot by Friday May 16, please contact the Field Attorney Annie Hsu at (718) 765-6199 or Annie.Hsu@nlrb.gov right away to request a replacement ballot. The voting period ends on May 27, so get and mail your ballot immediately!
